وَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يُبْغِضُ الْأَنْصَارَ رَجُلٌ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَلَوْلَا الْهِجْرَةُ لَكُنْتُ امْرَأً مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ وَلَوْ سَلَكَتْ الْأَنْصَارُ وَادِيًا أَوْ شِعْبًا لَسَلَكْتُ وَادِيَهُمْ أَوْ شِعْبَهُمْ الْأَنْصَارُ شِعَارِي وَالنَّاسُ دِثَارِي.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No man who believes in Allah and the Last Day hates the Ansar. Were it not for the Hijrah, I would have been a man of the Ansar. If the Ansar took a valley or a mountain pass, I would take their valley or their mountain pass. The Ansar are my inner garment and the people are my outer garment."
