حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَنَا الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ فَذَكَرَ حَدِيثًا عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ قَالَ وَحَدَّثَ صَفْوَانُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ أَيْضًا عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَتَكَلَّمُ بِالْكَلِمَةِ يُضْحِكُ بِهَا جُلَسَاءَهُ يَهْوِي بِهَا مِنْ أَبْعَدِ مِنْ الثُّرَيَّا.

'Ali ibn Ishaq narrated to us, he said: 'Abdullah informed us, al-Zubayr ibn Sa'id informed us, and he mentioned a hadith from Safwan ibn Sulaym. He said: And Safwan ibn Sulaym also narrated from 'Ata' ibn Yasar, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) who said: "Indeed, a man may speak a word to make his companions laugh, and he falls farther than the Pleiades because of it."
