حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Hurayrah narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: "An injury caused by an animal is without liability, a well is without liability, a mine is without liability, and in buried treasure there is one-fifth (as zakah)."
