حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ اطَّلَعَ فِي بَيْتِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَئُوا عَيْنَهُ فَلَا دِيَةَ لَهُ وَلَا قِصَاصَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever peeks into the house of a people without their permission, and they gouge out his eye, there is no blood money or retaliation for him."
