حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ غَرِيمُهُ مَتَاعَهُ عِنْدَ الْمُفْلِسِ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "When a man becomes bankrupt and a creditor finds his exact merchandise with the bankrupt person, he has more right to it (than other creditors)."
