حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ رَاكِبٌ عَلَى بَقَرَةٍ الْتَفَتَتْ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي لَمْ أُخْلَقْ لِهَذَا إِنَّمَا خُلِقْتُ لِلْحِرَاثَةِ قَالَ فَآمَنْتُ بِهِ أَنَا وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ قَالَ وَأَخَذَ الذِّئْبُ شَاةً فَتَبِعَهَا الرَّاعِي فَقَالَ الذِّئْبُ مَنْ لَهَا يَوْمَ السَّبُعِ يَوْمَ لَا رَاعِيَ لَهَا غَيْرِي قَالَ فَآمَنْتُ بِهِ أَنَا وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ قَالَ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ وَمَا هُمَا يَوْمَئِذٍ فِي الْقَوْمِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Hurayrah narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: "While a man was riding a cow, it turned to him and said: I was not created for this; I was created for plowing." He said: "I believe in this, and so do Abu Bakr and 'Umar." He said: "And a wolf seized a sheep, and the shepherd chased it. The wolf said: Who will take care of it on the day of beasts, the day when it will have no shepherd other than me?" He said: "I believe in this, and so do Abu Bakr and 'Umar." Abu Salamah said: And they were not present among the people at that time.
