حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي الْعَلَاءُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ تَدْرُونَ مَنْ الْمُفْلِسُ قَالُوا الْمُفْلِسُ فِينَا مَنْ لَا دِرْهَمَ لَهُ وَلَا مَتَاعَ قَالَ إِنَّ الْمُفْلِسَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي يَأْتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِصَلَاةٍ وَصِيَامٍ وَزَكَاةٍ وَيَأْتِي قَدْ شَتَمَ هَذَا وَقَذَفَ هَذَا وَأَكَلَ مَالَ هَذَا وَسَفَكَ دَمَ هَذَا وَضَرَبَ هَذَا فَيُقْضَى هَذَا مِنْ حَسَنَاتِهِ وَهَذَا مِنْ حَسَنَاتِهِ فَإِنْ فَنِيَتْ حَسَنَاتُهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْضِيَ مَا عَلَيْهِ أُخِذَ مِنْ خَطَايَاهُمْ فَطُرِحَتْ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ طُرِحَ فِي النَّارِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Do you know who the bankrupt is?' They said: 'The bankrupt among us is the one who has no dirham or goods.' He said: 'The bankrupt from my Ummah is the one who comes on the Day of Resurrection with prayer, fasting, and charity, but he comes having insulted this one, slandered that one, consumed the wealth of this one, shed the blood of that one, and struck that one. So this one is given from his good deeds, and that one is given from his good deeds. If his good deeds run out before his debts are settled, their sins are taken and cast upon him, and then he is thrown into the Fire.'
