The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'While I was sleeping, I dreamed that I was drawing water at my cistern, giving people to drink. Abu Bakr came and took the bucket from my hand to let me rest, and he drew one or two buckets, and there was weakness in his drawing. Then Ibn al-Khattab came — and may Allah forgive him — and took it from me. No man drew water as much as he did, until the people had drunk their fill and the cistern was overflowing.'
