وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَتَّخِذُ عِنْدَكَ عَهْدًا لَنْ تُخْلِفَنِيهِ إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ فَأَيُّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ آذَيْتُهُ أَوْ شَتَمْتُهُ أَوْ جَلَدْتُهُ أَوْ لَعَنْتُهُ فَاجْعَلْهَا لَهُ صَلَاةً وَزَكَاةً وَقُرْبَةً تُقَرِّبُهُ بِهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'O Allah, I take a pledge from You that You will not fail to fulfill. I am only a human being. So any believer whom I have harmed, insulted, lashed, or cursed — make it a source of prayer, purification, and closeness that brings him near to You on the Day of Resurrection.'
