حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ وَحَبِيبٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَيْسٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ أَحْسِبُهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَجُوزُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَمْرٌ فِي مَالِهَا إِذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصْمَتَهَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Affan told us: Hammad ibn Salamah told us, from Dawud ibn Abi Hind and Habib al-Mu'allim, from Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him - and from Qays, from Mujahid, I think from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him - who said: A woman has no right to dispose of her own property once her husband holds authority over the marriage bond with her.
