حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَامِرٌ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَعِنْدَهُ الْقَوْمُ فَتَخَطَّى إِلَيْهِ فَمَنَعُوهُ فَقَالَ دَعُوهُ فَأَتَى حَتَّى جَلَسَ عِنْدَهُ فَقَالَ أَخْبِرْنِي بِشَيْءٍ حَفِظْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ وَالْمُهَاجِرُ مَنْ هَجَرَ مَا نَهَى اللَّهُ عَنْهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated from Isma'il who said: Amir informed me, he said: A man came to Abdullah ibn Amr while people were with him. He stepped over them to reach him, and they tried to stop him. He said: "Let him come." So he came and sat beside him and said: "Tell me something you have memorized from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)." He said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) saying: 'The Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe, and the emigrant (muhajir) is the one who abandons what Allah has forbidden.'"
