حَدَّثَنَا هَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَارِجَةَ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَقُصُّ عَلَى النَّاسِ إِلَّا أَمِيرٌ أَوْ مَأْمُورٌ أَوْ مُرَاءٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Husayn narrated to us: Muhammad narrated from Sulayman from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: The hand (of the thief) is not cut for stealing less than the value of a shield, and the value of a shield at that time was a dinar or ten dirhams.
