حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاقِفًا عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ بِمِنًى فَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي كُنْتُ أُرَى أَنَّ الْحَلْقَ قَبْلَ الذَّبْحِ فَحَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَذْبَحَ قَالَ اذْبَحْ وَلَا حَرَجَ ثُمَّ جَاءَهُ آخَرُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي كُنْتُ أُرَى أَنَّ الذَّبْحَ قَبْلَ الرَّمْيِ فَذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ فَقَالَ ارْمِ وَلَا حَرَجَ قَالَ فَمَا سُئِلَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ قَدَّمَهُ رَجُلٌ قَبْلَ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا قَالَ افْعَلْ وَلَا حَرَجَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Ma'mar informed us, Ibn Shihab narrated from Isa ibn Talhah from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As who said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) standing on his mount at Mina. A man came to him and said: O Messenger of Allah, I thought that shaving comes before slaughtering, so I shaved before I slaughtered. He said: Slaughter, and there is no harm. Then another came and said: O Messenger of Allah, I thought that slaughtering comes before stoning, so I slaughtered before stoning. He said: Stone, and there is no harm. He was not asked about anything that someone did before or after its proper order except that he said: Do it, and there is no harm.
