حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْخَيَّاطُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْمُرُنَا بِالتَّخْفِيفِ وَإِنْ كَانَ لَيَؤُمُّنَا بِالصَّافَّاتِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abdullah said: I read to my father — Hammad ibn Khalid al-Khayyat narrated from Ibn Abi Dhi'b from al-Harith ibn Abd al-Rahman from Salim from his father who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to command us to keep the prayer brief, even though he used to lead us in prayer with Surah al-Saffat.
