Asbat narrated to us: al-Hasan ibn Amr al-Fuqaymi narrated from Abu Umamah al-Taymi who said: I said to Ibn Umar: We are hired camel-drivers, so is there Hajj for us? He said: Do you not perform Tawaf around the House, go to Arafat, stone the Jamarat, and shave your heads? We said: Yes. Ibn Umar said: A man came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and asked him about what you asked me, and he did not answer him until Jibril (peace be upon him) descended with this verse: 'There is no blame upon you for seeking bounty from your Lord.' The Prophet (peace be upon him) called him and said: You are pilgrims. Abdullah ibn al-Walid — meaning al-Adani — narrated to us: Sufyan narrated from al-Ala' ibn al-Musayyab from a man of Banu Taym Allah who said: A man came to Ibn Umar and said: We are people who hire out, and he mentioned the same meaning as the hadith of Asbat.
