الترجمة الإنجليزية
Uthman ibn Umar told us, Yunus informed us, from az-Zuhri, who said: It reached us that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), when he threw at the first Jamrah, the one nearest the mosque, would throw it with seven pebbles, saying the takbir with each pebble, then he would stand in front of it, facing the Qiblah, raising his hands, supplicating, and he would stand for a long time. Then he would throw at the second one with seven pebbles, saying the takbir with each pebble, then he would move off to the left toward the bottom of the valley, and stand there facing the Qiblah, raising his hands, supplicating. Then he would proceed until he reached the Jamrah at al-Aqabah, and throw at it with seven pebbles, saying the takbir with each pebble, then he would leave without stopping. Az-Zuhri said: I heard Salim relating from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), something similar to this, and Ibn Umar used to do the same.
