Abdur-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar told us, from Ayyub, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that dogs be killed in Madinah; then he was informed about a woman who had a dog on the outskirts of Madinah, so he sent someone to her, and it was killed.
