حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّيْمِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَقَالَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ أَوْ الْخَامِسَةِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ubaydullah ibn Muhammad al-Taymi told us: Hammad ibn Salamah informed us, from Humayd ibn Yazid Abu al-Khattab, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: 'Whoever drinks wine, flog him; if he drinks it again, flog him; if he drinks it again, flog him' - and he said, on the fourth or fifth time, 'then kill him.'
