Abdullah said: I found this hadith in my father's book in his own handwriting: Aswad b. Amir told us, Ayyub b. Utbah told us, Ikrimah b. Khalid told us, who said: I asked Abdullah b. Umar about a woman whom a man wished to marry while he was leaving Mecca intending to perform umrah or hajj. He said: "Do not marry her while you are in the state of pilgrim consecration; the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade it."
