حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ إِنَّ أَصْحَابَنَا حَدَّثُونَا عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَبِي حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَهُ.

Affan told us: Hammam told us: Muhammad ibn Amr told us: Abu Salamah ibn Abd al-Rahman told me: that Ibn Umar told him that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Every intoxicant is wine, and every intoxicant is forbidden. I said to him: Our companions have told us, from Ibn Sirin, from Ibn Umar, without attributing it to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. My father said: Abu Salamah ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf told me that Ibn Umar told him that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said it.
