حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ جَبَلَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي قَالَ كُنَّا بِالْمَدِينَةِ فِي بَعْثِ الْعِرَاقِ فَكَانَ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ يَرْزُقُنَا التَّمْرَ وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَمُرُّ بِنَا فَيَقُولُ لَا تُقَارِنُوا فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْقِرَانِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَسْتَأْذِنَ الرَّجُلُ مِنْكُمْ أَخَاهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Affan told us: Shu'bah told us: Jabalah informed me, saying: We were in Medina in the expeditionary force sent to Iraq. Ibn al-Zubayr used to provide us with dates as provision, and Ibn Umar used to pass by us and say: Do not combine dates when eating, for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade combining, unless a man asks permission of his brother.
