حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ وَنَافِعٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ صَلَاةُ اللَّيْلِ رَكْعَتَانِ فَإِذَا خِفْتُمْ الصُّبْحَ فَأَوْتِرُوا بِوَاحِدَةٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hasan ibn Musa told us, Shayban told us, from Yahya, from Abu Salamah and Nafi', freedman of Ibn Umar, that Ibn Umar informed him that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The night prayer is [performed in units of] two rak'ahs; and when you fear the approach of dawn, make witr with one [rak'ah]."
