حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُزَايَدَةِ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَبِيعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ إِلَّا الْغَنَائِمَ وَالْمَوَارِيثَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hasan told us, Ibn Lahi'ah told us, Ubayd Allah ibn Abi Ja'far told us, from Zayd ibn Aslam, who said: I heard a man ask Abd Allah ibn Umar about the sale by outbidding (muzayadah), and Ibn Umar said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade any of you to sell over the sale of his brother, except in the case of spoils of war and inheritances."
