حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ رَفْعَكُمْ أَيْدِيَكُمْ بِدْعَةٌ مَا زَادَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى هَذَا يَعْنِي إِلَى الصَّدْرِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Waki' narrated to us, from Hammad, from Bishr ibn Harb: I heard Ibn 'Umar say: 'Your raising of your hands is an innovation. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, never raised them further than this' - meaning up to the chest.
