حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَوْلَى آلِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي الْحَيْضِ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا ثُمَّ لِيُطَلِّقْهَا وَهِيَ طَاهِرٌ أَوْ حَامِلٌ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Waki' narrated to us: Sufyan narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, the freedman of the family of Talhah, from Salim ibn 'Abd Allah, from Ibn 'Umar, that he divorced his wife while she was menstruating. 'Umar mentioned that to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said: 'Order him to take her back, then let him divorce her while she is in a state of purity, or while pregnant.'
