Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Jabir: I heard Salim ibn Abdullah narrate that he saw his father raise his hands when he said the opening takbir, and when he intended to bow, and when he raised his head from bowing. I asked him about that, and he claimed that he saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, do it.
