الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Farwah al-Hamdani: I heard Awn al-Azdi say: Umar ibn Ubaydullah ibn Ma'mar was governor over Fars, and he wrote to Ibn Umar asking him about the prayer. Ibn Umar wrote back: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when he set out from his family, would pray two rak'ahs until he returned to them.
