حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِقَوْمٍ عَذَابًا أَصَابَ الْعَذَابُ مَنْ كَانَ فِيهِمْ ثُمَّ بُعِثُوا عَلَى أَعْمَالِهِمْ وَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُهُ.

Attab narrated to us: Abdullah and Ali ibn Ishaq narrated to us — Ali said: Abdullah informed us: Yunus informed us, from al-Zuhri, from Hamzah ibn Abdullah, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: When Allah intends punishment for a people, the punishment befalls whoever is among them, then they are resurrected according to their deeds. Ali said in his narration: Hamzah ibn Abdullah ibn Umar narrated to me that he heard Ibn Umar say it.
