حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ يَمْشُونَ أَمَامَ الْجِنَازَةِ.

Sufyan told us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from his father: that he saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, Abu Bakr, and Umar walking in front of the funeral bier.
