حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ أَيُّوبُ لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ حَلَفَ فَاسْتَثْنَى فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَمْضِيَ عَلَى يَمِينِهِ وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ غَيْرَ حِنْثٍ أَوْ قَالَ غَيْرَ حَرَجٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Isma'il told us, Ayyub told us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar - Ayyub said: I only know it as from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him - who said: "Whoever swears an oath and makes an exception, he has the choice: if he wishes he may go through with his oath, and if he wishes he may retract without breaking his oath" - or he said "without blame."
