Abdullah said: I read to my father: Waki' told us, from al-Mas'udi, from al-Qasim, from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "When the two parties to a sale disagree and there is no evidence between them, the word is what the owner of the goods says, or they annul the transaction."
