حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى وَالتُّقَى وَالْعِفَّةَ وَالْغِنَى.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abdullah said: 'We used to say in prayer behind the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him): Peace be upon Allah, peace be upon Jibril, peace be upon Mika'il. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Do not say peace be upon Allah, for indeed Allah is As-Salam.'
