قَالَ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ الْقِرَدَةُ وَالْخَنَازِيرُ هِيَ مِمَّا مُسِخَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَمْسَخْ اللَّهُ قَوْمًا أَوْ يُهْلِكْ قَوْمًا فَيَجْعَلَ لَهُمْ نَسْلًا وَلَا عَاقِبَةً وَإِنَّ الْقِرَدَةَ وَالْخَنَازِيرَ قَدْ كَانَتْ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
A man said: 'O Messenger of Allah, are the apes and pigs the result of transformation (of earlier peoples)?' The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Allah has never transformed a people — or destroyed a people — and then given them offspring or descendants. Indeed, apes and pigs already existed before that.'
