حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ ثَنَا التَّيْمِيُّ يَعْنِي سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ يَعْنِي النَّهْدِيَّ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ قَالَ الطَّاعُونُ وَالْبَطْنُ وَالْغَرَقُ وَالنُّفَسَاءُ شَهَادَةٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِهِ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ مِرَارًا وَقَدْ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّةً.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, al-Taymi, meaning Sulayman, narrated to us, from Abu Uthman, meaning al-Nahdi, from Amir ibn Malik, from Safwan ibn Umayyah. He said: "The plague, abdominal disease, drowning, and dying in childbirth are all martyrdom." He said: Abu Uthman narrated it to us multiple times, and he attributed it to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) once.
