وَقَالَتْ لَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ يُرَخِّصُ فِي شَيْءٍ مِمَّا يَقُولُ النَّاسُ إِلَّا فِي ثَلَاثٍ فِي الْحَرْبِ وَالْإِصْلَاحِ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ وَحَدِيثِ الرَّجُلِ امْرَأَتَهُ وَحَدِيثِ الْمَرْأَةِ زَوْجَهَا وَكَانَتْ أُمُّ كُلْثُومٍ بِنْتُ عُقْبَةَ مِنْ الْمُهَاجِرَاتِ اللَّاتِي بَايَعْنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
And she said: "I never heard him permit any of what people say [as lies] except in three cases: in war, in reconciling between people, and in a man's speech to his wife and a woman's speech to her husband." And Umm Kulthum bint Uqbah was one of the emigrant women who pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).
