حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَلْحِقُوا الْفَرَائِضَ بِأَهْلِهَا فَمَا بَقِيَ فَهُوَ لِأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Give the prescribed shares (of inheritance) to those entitled to them, and whatever remains goes to the nearest male relative.'
