حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُجَمِّعِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أُمِّ مُجَمِّعٍ قَالَ زَوَّجَ خِدَامٌ ابْنَتَهُ وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ فَأَتَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبِي زَوَّجَنِي وَأَنَا كَارِهَةٌ قَالَ فَرَدَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نِكَاحَ أَبِيهَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Mu'awiyah told us: Yahya bin Sa'id told us, narrating from al-Qasim bin Muhammad, from Mujammi' bin Yazid, from Umm Mujammi', who said: Khidham married off his daughter while she was unwilling. She came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, my father married me off while I was unwilling." He said: So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, annulled her father's marriage.
