حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ و حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَمُجَمِّعٍ ابْنَيْ يَزِيدَ ابْنِ جَارِيَةَ عَنْ خَنْسَاءَ بِنْتِ خِذَامٍ أَنَّ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ وَكَانَتْ ثَيِّبًا فَرَدَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نِكَاحَهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Abd al-Rahman bin Mahdi told us: Malik told us, and Ishaq bin 'Isa said: Malik informed me - 'Abdullah said - and Mus'ab told us: Malik informed us, from 'Abd al-Rahman bin al-Qasim, from his father, from 'Abd al-Rahman and Mujammi', the two sons of Yazid bin Jariyah, from Khansa' bint Khidham, that her father married her off while she was unwilling, and she had been previously married, so the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, annulled her marriage.
