حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ.

Ya'qub narrated to us, he said: My father narrated to us, from his father, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from Aisha, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Whoever introduces into this matter of ours (religion) something that is not part of it, it is to be rejected."
