Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatada: that Abdullah ibn Rabah entered upon Aisha and said, "I want to ask you about something, and I am shy of you." She said, "Ask whatever occurs to you, for I am only your mother." I said, "O Mother of the Believers, what makes a full ablution (ghusl) obligatory?" She said, "When the two circumcised parts meet, the ritual impurity of intercourse becomes obligatory." Qatada would follow this hadith by saying that Aisha said, "I did this, I and the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, and we washed," but I do not know whether this is part of the hadith or something Qatada used to say himself.
