حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قُلْتُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَرْجِعُ نِسَاؤُكَ بِحَجَّةٍ وَعُمْرَةٍ وَأَرْجِعُ أَنَا بِحَجَّةٍ لَيْسَ مَعَهَا عُمْرَةٌ فَأَقَامَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَالْبَطْحَاءِ وَأَمَرَهَا فَخَرَجَتْ إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ وَخَرَجَ مَعَهَا أَخُوهَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَأَحْرَمَتْ بِعُمْرَةٍ ثُمَّ أَتَتْ الْبَيْتَ فَطَافَتْ بِهِ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ وَقَصَّرَتْ فَذَبَحَ عَنْهَا بَقَرَةً.

Ibn Numayr told us, Abd al-Malik told us, from Ata', from Aishah, who said: I said to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Your wives return with a Hajj and an Umrah, while I return with only a Hajj without an Umrah?" So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, stopped for her at al-Bathha and commanded her, so she went out to al-Tan'im, and her brother Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakr went out with her. She entered the state of ihram for an Umrah, then came to the House and circled it, and went between al-Safa and al-Marwah, and cut her hair short, and a cow was slaughtered on her behalf.
