حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُحِبُّ التَّيَمُّنَ فِي شَأْنِهِ كُلِّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ الْأَشْعَثُ أَخِيرًا كَانَ يُحِبُّ التَّيَمُّنَ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ فِي تَرَجُّلِهِ وَنَعْلِهِ وَطُهُورِهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Masruq reported from Aisha that she said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) loved to begin with the right side in all his affairs. Al-Ash'ath then added at the end: he loved to begin with the right as much as he could in combing his hair, putting on his sandals, and his purification.
