حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ بُدَيْلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَأْكُلُ طَعَامًا فِي سِتَّةِ نَفَرٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ فَجَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ فَأَكَلَهُ بِلُقْمَتَيْنِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَوْ كَانَ ذَكَرَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ لَكَفَاكُمْ فَإِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ طَعَامًا فَلْيَذْكُرْ اسْمَ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ نَسِيَ أَنْ يَذْكُرَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ فِي أَوَّلِهِ فَلْيَقُلْ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Aisha reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was eating food with six of his companions when a bedouin came and ate it in two mouthfuls. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Had he mentioned the name of Allah, it would have sufficed you all. So when one of you eats food, let him mention the name of Allah; and if he forgets to mention the name of Allah at its start, let him say, 'In the name of Allah, at its beginning and its end.'"
