حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ وَبَهْزٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَأَخْرَجَتْ إِلَيْنَا إِزَارًا غَلِيظًا مِمَّا صُنِعَ بِالْيَمَنِ وَكِسَاءً مِنْ الَّتِي يَدْعُونَ الْمُلَبَّدَةَ قَالَ بَهْزٌ تَدْعُونَ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قُبِضَ فِي هَذَيْنِ الثَّوْبَيْنِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Affan and Bahz narrated to us, they said: Sulayman ibn al-Mughirah narrated to us - Affan said: Humayd ibn Hilal narrated to us, from Abu Burdah, who said: "I entered upon A'ishah, and she brought out to us a thick lower garment (izar) of the kind made in Yemen, and a cloak of the kind called 'mulabbadah' (felted)" - Bahz said: 'you call it' - "and she said: 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, passed away wrapped in these two garments.'"
