حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كُنْتُ أُطَيِّبُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ إِحْرَامِهِ بِأَطْيَبِ مَا أَجِدُ.

Affan told us: Wuhayb told us: Hisham ibn Urwa told us, from Uthman ibn Urwa, from his father, from Aisha, who said: I used to perfume the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, at the time he entered ihram, with the best perfume I could find.
