حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَطَاءِ بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ الْقُرَشِيِّ قَالَ دَخَلْنَا بَيْتَ مَيْمُونَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَوَجَدْنَا فِيهِ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَذَكَرْنَا الْوُضُوءَ مِمَّا مَسَّتْ النَّارُ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْكُلُ مِمَّا مَسَّتْهُ النَّارُ ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي وَلَا يَتَوَضَّأُ فَقَالَ لَهُ بَعْضُنَا أَنْتَ رَأَيْتَهُ يَا ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ فَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى عَيْنَيْهِ فَقَالَ بَصُرَ عَيْنَيَّ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
We entered the house of Maymunah, the wife of the Prophet (peace be upon him), and found Abdullah ibn Abbas there. We mentioned performing ablution after eating food touched by fire. Abdullah said: 'I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) eat food that had been touched by fire, then pray without performing ablution.' Some of us asked: 'Did you see that yourself, O Ibn Abbas?' He pointed with his hand to his eyes and said: 'With my own eyes.'
