Husayn told us: Isra'il told us, from al-Miqdam ibn Shurayh, from his father, from A'ishah, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) went out to the desert, to the camels of charity, and he gave each of his wives a camel, except me. So I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, you gave them each a camel except me.' So he gave me a camel that was stubborn and had not been ridden. He said, 'O A'ishah, be gentle with it, for gentleness does not enter into anything except that it adorns it, and it does not depart from anything except that it disgraces it.'"
