Aswad told us: Sharik told us, from al-A'mash, from Mujahid, from A'ishah: that a man entered upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he drew him near and brought his sitting place close. But when the man left, A'ishah said to him, "O Messenger of Allah, were you not just complaining about this man?" He said, "Yes, but among the worst of people, or the worst of people, are those who are honored only to avert their evil."
