Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Shu'bah told us, from Sulayman, who said: I heard Abu al-Duha narrating from Masruq, from A'ishah, that she said: when the last verses of Surat al-Baqarah were revealed, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, went out and recited them in the mosque, and thereby forbade trade in wine.
