Hushaym told us, saying: Ya'la b. Ata' informed us, from Muhammad b. Abi Muhammad, from Awf b. I said: I wept — Hushaym said: I do not know with which he began — then the conquest of Jerusalem, and a tribulation that will enter the house of every dweller of hair-tents and clay-houses, and wealth will overflow among you until a man is given a hundred dinars and is displeased with it, and a widespread death will occur among the people like the plague striking sheep. He said: And a truce will occur between you and the Banu al-Asfar, but they will betray you and march against you with eighty banners — and Ya'la said "sixty banners" — under each banner twelve thousand men.
